Hello, my name is Paul Mohr and I am the President/CEO of Ideal Linen. Ideal Linen is proud to be a family-owned and operated business that has been passed down through my family for generations. This company was once a small new business in 1907, and we are excited to see the growing business that it has evolved into today. I have spent my entire life around this business; witnessing its evolution from a small laundry to the service company it is today. Although my college degree is in Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University, I started in this business from the ground up. I began in the washroom, moved to running one of our routes, and from there on to various other positions within the company. I have built relationships with all members of this company, and have experienced the thrill of working within the linen and uniform service. Then finally, I made my way to become President/CEO of Ideal Linen.
Through the years, I have watched Ideal expand from five routes and 45 employees to 16 routes and 117 employees. Today, we serve the needs of our customer partners in the following areas: all of Nebraska, certain parts in Colorado, Wyoming, and Kansas.

Today, we serve the needs of our customer partners in Nebraska, Colorado, Wyoming and Kansas. I am proud of what our family has built and of the valuable services we provide. Born and raised in the Panhandle, there is nowhere else I would want my children to grow up. I am married to my loving wife, Lisa, and have two boys, Dawson and Connor. I love spending my free time with my family but can sometimes be found exercising or on the golf course.
I have been a part of the Ideal Linen service team since 2006. My service areas include Scottsbluff and the northern region of the panhandle and Wyoming. My goal is to help our customers with their service needs and maintain a valuable customer relationship for which Ideal is known. Having grown up in Gering I am proud to say that the panhandle is my home and it is a pleasure to witness my kids to growing up in this area. My enjoyment outside of the Ideal Family is found at the lake or watching my children participate in various sports.
Professionally, I offer 22 years of customer service and management experience as well as over 6 years of janitorial supply knowledge. I thrive in the presence of others and enjoy spending my days reaching out to other businesses and individuals seeking the many services and products Ideal proudly offers. Educationally, I attended Kearney State College with an emphasis in business. Outside of Ideal, I enjoy spending my time on the golf course and enjoying a night out with my 2 charming daughters and energetic granddaughter.
Hi! I have been a part of the Ideal team since June of 1988. It amazes me how the years have flown by. In my current role as office supervisor, my duties mainly center around Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and overseeing the daily operations of the office. Over the last 29 years I have had the immense pleasure of dealing with a great number of our customers, and look forward to serving them for many years to come.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, baking & a variety of crafts. I also love spending time with my family and the wonderful friends that I have been blessed with.
With over 15 years in industrial laundry, I know communication and customer service are the keys to thrive in our industry. My expectations are that we strive to be a world-class service partner to help make your business better. We are continuously looking at new tools and technologies that allow us to be more efficient and cost effective for our customers. From the personal side, I hold a Master’s Degree in Accounting and my passions are camping with my family and anything archery related.
Customer Relations Manager
I joined the Ideal team in August 2016 as a Territory Sales Manager for Northern Colorado. Growing up in “Colorful Colorado” allowed me the opportunity to assist in the expansion of Ideal Linen into the Colorado region. After a year of continued sales, I willingly accepted a position with the service team. My objective is to ensure that every customer is enthusiastic in continuing their business with Ideal Linen.
I have over 6 years of continued education that has provided me with the tools necessary to furnish viable resolutions to every customer in an expedited manner.
On a personal note, I was born to play basketball! There is nothing a game of basketball can’t fix!
I have had the pleasure of working with Ideal since 2016. I began my adventure as an Assistant Plant Manager and utilized my past experience to excel into the Plant Manager position.
Prior to Ideal Linen I performed specialized building inspections; as well as, non-destructive welding inspections. My past experience has been an array of professional services. I thrive at the opportunity to learn new professions and utilize that knowledge to advance in the work field.
Outside of Ideal, I enjoy everything outdoors including fishing, hiking and of course anything sports. I am a highly competitive and motivated person that is always looking for a new adventure!
I am a lifelong resident of the Valley. I came to Ideal Linen in May of 2016, as an Office Manager/Controller. My responsibilities include managing the activities of our administrative team as well as handling all financial aspects of the company including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, General Ledger and Financial Statements. I obtained my certification for PHR (Professional in Human Resources) in June 2012 and use that knowledge to coordinate Human Resources for the company and our employees.
Prior to coming to Ideal Linen, I was the Firm Administrator for Fred A. Lockwood & Co., a Certified Public Accounting Firm.
I have 2 grown sons, one of which has brought a wonderful daughter in law into my life along with a granddaughter and grandson.
My name is Tom Stanfield and I am currently the Production Manager for Ideal linen in Scottsbluff, NE. I come to Ideal with a military background in the United States army and an education from Sam Houston state university. After completing my Bachelor of Science degree I was recruited into the industrial linen field and have spent the last fifteen years in this industry. This career started in Texas but has also led me to Oklahoma and an extended stay in Florida before I reached Nebraska. Along the way, I have moved between Service and Production depending on the greatest area of need that my employers require. This cross training allows me to have a greater understanding of the challenges that the Service Department face and keeps the focus on customer satisfaction, producing a superior product, and creating a work environment that benefits the staff and our customers.
On a daily basis (sometimes hourly) I interface with our larger customers, whose needs can be varied and unpredictable. I help create their subsequent orders and communicate that information directly to our team for preparation. Facilitating a prompt and flexible system is critical to the success of these accounts. When not at work, you’ll usually find me on the golf course, either playing or teaching.
Customer Service Representative
I have been with Ideal Linen since 2015. I am proud to be the first Customer Service Representative of Ideal Linen. My responsibilities include customer resolution, receiving orders, managing our Ideal Image program and assist operating our Janitorial Store. I have lived in Western Nebraska all my life. My husband and I are excited to watch our children grow up in in the Panhandle. In our spare time we take care of our reptile collection and travel to reptile expos around the area.
After spending 35 years in the industry, I jumped at the chance to join the North Platte Ideal Linen team in January 2017. Leading a team that has consistently achieved stellar customer satisfaction scores was something that I just could not pass up. Our commitment is to be an engaged local partner while providing top shelf customer service in our service area. During my down time, I enjoy exploring and learning about all of the history this great area has to offer. Spending time with my four grown children and my grandchildren are at the top of my priority list.
I am the one working behind the scenes making sure everything that needs accomplished gets done. From loading the products we offer to go to our customers, to ordering, to customer satisfaction. I strive to make my job look easy while faced with new challenges and learning new things every day. I very much enjoy my responsibilities with the company where I have been for 16 years. I am married and have two grown children, which I am very proud of. Along with many four legged children who brighten my day. I enjoy gardening and being outside, and am an avid reader.
I’ve been with Ideal Linen since July 2006, starting out as a Route Jumper. In a few months I had my own route for 10 years. I really enjoyed meeting all my customers and making friends during my time on route! I became a Route Specialist in 2017m for the North Platte area which let me learn all the area routes. In February 2018, I became the North Platte Service Manager. I continue to grow in my new position and look forward to the future in the company! I married my wife, Kellie, in July 2017. When not at work, my wife and I along with our two children like to play tennis, golf, and go to the lake.
I have been with Ideal Linen Since March 2014. I assist with customer call ins, garment orders, product orders, billing questions, setting up new accounts and running the store front. I see myself as a member of our team inspiring each other and working together to provide an amazing customer service relationship with our customers. I am a very energetic and outgoing individual. I work hard, and love a challenge and am very dependable. I have many years of experience in the customer service field. My main focus in life is achieving, exceeding and living life to the fullest. Outside of Ideal Linen I have three wonderful children that keep me very busy, but I enjoy every minute of it and wouldn’t have it any other way.
