Since its inception in 1907, Ideal Linen and Uniform has maintained one of the most important aspects of our operations: family. And we’re not just talking about the four generations of the same family that have owned and run our company – everyone who is part of the team is part of the family. Our brand of customer service is anchored on this very important foundation.
As a family, we work closely together to give our customers the satisfaction that they deserve, making sure they get the result that best suits their most specific needs. Every member of our growing family is committed to delivering the best quality of linen and uniform service that we have been delivering since the first day we opened our doors.
And this is what sets our service apart from our competitors. More than the state-of-the-art facilities or the wide range of available products and services, what we truly offer and what has kept us an industry favorite for a century is our people. Everyone you meet at Ideal Linen – from our drivers to the man right at the head of the table in the corporate office – will give you the exact same amount of dedication to satisfying your needs.
Because we would like to welcome you to our family of linen and uniform experts, it’s only right that we begin by introducing some of the people behind our company’s success journey.
If there’s one person who understands the business more than anyone else, it has to be our President/CEO Paul Mohr. He wasn’t just born into the family that started Ideal Linen. He has been there along the way, having worked his way up. His resume for Ideal began in the washroom and moved along to other positions, including running the routes himself. He knows the business like his own home and cares about the team and clients like they’re his family. That is why his dedication to customer satisfaction, employee growth and business success is unparalleled.
Our general manager Brent Casebolt holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting. He’s been in the commercial laundry industry for over fifteen years. Brent knows that great communication and first-rate customer service are the keys to succeeding. He also understands the power that we have as a business partner in helping our clients flourish, which is why he has committed himself to bettering our business through the latest tools and strategies that will benefit our customers the most.
Darla has been with the company for almost thirty years. There is nothing about the company she doesn’t know. The Ideal Linen office runs flawlessly and pleasantly because Darla takes the reins on office operations day-to-day. She also oversees work around the Accounts Payables and Receivables. Darla, like everyone on the team, derives great pleasure from seeing how satisfied and happy our clients are with their transaction with us.
Janice is the powerful force running our plant operations. Despite the massive responsibility and amount of work that overseeing plant operations entails – from loading orders to adding to our large inventory – Janice makes it look so easy. That’s the magic that only being happy in the workplace can make. Janice has been working with and lending her magic to Ideal Linen for the last sixteen years.
Bill only recently joined us in January 2017 at our North Platte team. However, he has a long, illustrious career in the industry that spans over 35 years. He joined Ideal Linen because he believes in Ideal’s values and holds the same goal of providing topnotch customer service. He now works to add more to the already impressive track record of Ideal Linen in his area.
After his stint serving in the U.S. military, Tom spent the last fifteen years in the commercial laundry industry working in various departments of the operation. He has served in both the Service and the Production departments. His experience in these departments has developed in him a deep commitment to delivering complete customer satisfaction, creating superior products that meet the company’s standards and the needs of the customers, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Having had a long career in accounting at the Fred A. Lockwood & Co. CPA Firm as its Firm Administrator, Cheri’s main responsibilities revolve around the financial aspects of the operations. This includes overseeing the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger, as well as the financial statements. Cheri also has a Professional in Human Resources certification which she earned in 2012. She helps run Ideal Linen’s Human Resources Department to ensure flawless coordination between the company and its team. She has been with Ideal since 2016.
As a lifelong resident of the Panhandle, Curt is happy to work as the service manager for Ideal’s operation in the Northern Panhandle area, as well as the Scottsbluff and the Wyoming service areas. His main responsibilities as the area service manager are to make sure that operations are working smoothly and that customers are getting the kind of service that is satisfactory and on-par with the quality Ideal Linen has upheld all these years. He finds joy in knowing that he and the company maintain and build new and good relationships with our ever-growing list of happy customers.
As our account manager, Jeff makes sure that the production line meets all the customers’ needs promptly and accurately. Basically, Jeff is the magician that bridges the customers with the production operations. He gets things done no matter how last-minute or enormous the orders are.
